This page is about the EU funds for Third Countries – there are other webpages for the following:
FUNDS / PROGRAMMES: TRANS-NATIONAL / STRUCTURAL FUNDS / INTERREG IV
OTHER INFO: EUROPE / EU / UK OFFICES IN BRUSSELS
These funds support either projects taking place in a third country (i.e. any country not a member of the EU) but which involve partners or participants from one or more EU countries, or exchanges or visits of individuals or groups between one or more third countries and one or more EU countries. In the following list, clicking on the main heading for each programme will take you directly to the EC (European Commission) webpage with information on this programme. There are a few programmes where there is a separate UK contact point, and these are clearly indicated. If you are in the UK,
EUCLID runs regular CulturEuro seminars across the UK which explain these funding programmes, and which also cover the Structural Funds and trans-national programmes.

OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD
Most of the funding here is for aid-based projects but there is a Commitment for Culture in this area and occasionally there have been programmes supporting arts and cultural activity, including the arts, heritage and the audiovisual sector.
